Healthwatch West Berkshire Community Survery

Healthwatch West Berkshire are currently running a community survey to gather feedback from residents across West Berkshire about their experiences and challenges in accessing health and social care.

Why this is important?

Your views – and the views of those in your community are vital. The information they collect will:

- Help identify gaps and barriers in local services

- Ensure decision-makers, such as the NHS and West Berkshire Council, hear directly from residents

- Shape improvements that reflect the real needs of our community

- Strengthen the voice of people who are often underrepresented in service planning
